The small groups ministry is a discipleship oriented department under the Personal Ministry Council, KUSDA. The ministry was formed as an urgent need of the church in organizing members into smaller companies as a basis of evangelism. This is a perfect example of Daniel and his Hebrew  friends, Paul, Titus and Barnabas. Jesus too in His earthly ministry perfectly shown the example of small groups. Infact, EGW describes this as a “God idea”. In EV 115.2,she says that the plan of forming small groups where there are very many church members is a plan that has been shown to her by one who cannot err.

The habit of meeting in small groups was the secret behind the spiritual strength of the Apostolic Church, Acts 2.Small groups in KUSDA has and will increase spiritual vigor and as a basis of christian effort, non believers and backslidden adventists will be brought to Christ for transformation.
A small group is made up of 4 members of the same gender, living in close vicinity and united for a common goal,DISCIPLESHIP.
