Welcome to the Sabbath of 6th February, 2021. This is the first Sabbath of the month as our custom is, it will be a Prayer and Fasting Sabbath.
The following are the announcements
- As mentioned above, this Sabbath is a Prayer and Fasting Sabbath. As a church we will be fast as we pray for the following items:

- National School unrest
- National Politics crisis
- Spiritual needs of the church
- Financial needs of the students
- Academics

- The same Sabbath is Welfare Sabbath. This is the essence of fasting. All that we shall forsake while fasting is to be directed to the following departments;

- The cash collected by Ministries for the purpose of preparing social lunch is to be directed to te ministry welfare kitty to support the well-being of the members.
- During the Sabbath, all church members are requested to forward whatever they have fasted from (be it amount that would otherwise be used to purchase meals, internet bundles, etc. to the church welfare to support those in need.

- In relation to the above announcements, the Special needs department has organized a reach-out to the needy members of the department and of the K.U society at large. The department is therefore requesting for your support in any form: material, attendance, financial or spiritual. - Members are requested to make proper use of the prayer box which is at the entrance of the church. The members are encouraged to drop their prayer requests so that they can be considered and prayed for by the prayer ministry.
- Members are encouraged to attend Morning and Lunchtime prayers. The devotional books that are to be used during such sessions are already released by the Prayer Ministry, and they are:

- Morning prayers are conducted from 5:00 am to 6:00am at university zones:
- Nyayo Zone– Accommodation offices next to Amphitheatre;
- Western Zone- Old Admission Block
- Eastern Zone- Ruwenzori Food outlet
- Lunch time prayers are conducted in KUSDA church in two sessions:
- 1st Session: 12:00pm-1:00pm
- 2nd Session: 1:00pm-2:00pm

- We are encouraged to visit KUSDA library which is now open for borrowing books.
